Besides the possibility to download an export of your hosting data from the customer service, we offer free of charge to a final export of all hosting data when hosting was terminated.
Data export includes all about a complete working copy of hosting restore. The only exceptions are special plug-ins and software components that are only run on our systems.

Our Usage of Data

According to our and the official GDPR Privacy Policy, your personal data is only used to operate your SaaS-Secure.com account.
We never send unsolicited advertisements or newsletters and we will not make your data available to third parties.
And this not only does extend to your contact details, it's for all your data like email addresses or business document stored with us.

Agreements of Commissioned Data Processing

If you use our services for the processing of personal data covered by the GDPR, we will be happy to provide you with a commissioned data processing agreement, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 28 GDPR.
As a SaaS-Secure.com user you are able to sign this agreement easily online within your customer account using our Data Processing Agreement tool.
